Class Year: 2001
Felicia (Leo) Kemp co-authored Moon Travel Guides Northern California Hiking, published in April 2024. Pack a lunch, lace up your boots, and head out to discover the rugged coastline, towering redwoods and best hiking trails in NorCal with Moon Northern California Hiking.

Class Year: 2004
Leslie Shaffer South was named General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Transportation in Nashville.

Mark Moody
Class Year: 1995
Mark Moody is based in Saratoga Springs, New York, where he works as an independent educational consultant, helping students apply to college and to day and boarding independent schools. This step follows 20 years as Director of College Counseling at great schools in Seattle, Denver, Silicon Valley and Shanghai-- preceded by five years in Trinity University Admissions. He would love to hear from Trinity alums looking for help in these areas. His current clients consist of children of five of his classmates who graduated in 1995.

Gus Guzman
Class Year: 1993
Dr. Gus Guzman retired from the San Antonio Police Department after 30 years. Dr. Guzman earned his PhD in 2008. He accepted an assistant professor position at St. Mary’s University teaching in the School of Humanities at the School of Criminal Justice.

Vikram Durairaj
Class Year: 1991
Dr. Vikram Durairaj is a Professor at Dell Medical School - University of Texas at Austin and a Managing Partner at TOC Eye and Face.

Kristin Fraser
Class Year: 1991
Kristin Fraser is producing the podcast 'She Has A Name' - SheHasANamePodcast.org. The podcast about a woman who went missing in 1987 has been written up as one of the best podcasts by Vulture and the Guardian.

Sheryl Stoeck
Class Year: 1999
Sheryl Stoeck received the 2024 YARI (Young Adult Reading Incentive) Award from the Texas Library Association. The YARI Award honors a librarian each year for exceptional ability to motivate teens to read via the development and implementation of a creative and effective reading program for young adults in grades 6-12. She received this honor for her role in founding and serving as planning chair for LibraryPalooza, an annual Young Adult author festival for middle and high school students in San Antonio and beyond, now in its 13th year.

Cori McBride
Class Year: 1991
Dr. Cori McBride, MD assumed the role of Chief of General, Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery, at University of Nebraska Medical Center- Omaha, NE. Cori is a Professor of Surgery and has been at UNMC for 22 years.

Louisa Glinski
Class Year: 1994
Louisa Glinski is joyously single (for a few years now) in Houston. She recently accepted a Society Services Coordinator position with the Harris County Medical Society, which allows her to leverage her event planning experience and communication skills.

Rodney Kirkpatrick
Class Year: 1993
Rodney Kirkpatrick spent a dozen years (2007-2019) living in Durban, South Africa. He and Trina (his wife since 2000) are making another international move. In April 2024, they will live in Oxford, England and frequently travel to much of Europe for the foreseeable future. Rodney and his wife would love to catch up with any alumni living in Europe/UK!

Colin Campbell
Class year: 1984
Colin Campbell has been elected as the first Chair of the Board of Managers for the newly established Texas Section of the Visual Effects Society, a global honorary society dedicated to advancing the arts, sciences, and applications of visual effects in the entertainment industry. Colin is also finishing his sixth term as a member of the global Board of Directors.

Paul Goode
Class Year: 1977
Paul Goode retired in Richmond, Virginia after a 30-year career in software development and banking & finance technical publications, including positions at Apple, Microsoft, and Capital One. He lives with his partner Jeanne and their golden retriever Della. They travel as much as possible.

Ronald Wyatt
Class Year: 1974
Mr. Ronald Wyatt retired as Director of Music and Organist of Historic Trinity Episcopal Church on Galveston Island after 48 years of service. The City of Galveston proclaimed Ronald Wyatt Day to honor the occasion.

Doug Hawthorne
Class Year: 1972
Doug Hawthorne meets with a group of alumni who were Teers in the late 60’s and early 70’s. They retreat together for a long weekend on an annual basis. In April 2023 was their 49th year together. They are the LGF group (Let’s Go Fishing) and continue to share their common bond of Teers and Trinity University.

Susan Masinter Riley
Class Year: 1969
Susan Masinter Riley’s artwork will be shown at Cappy’s Restaurant at 5011 Broadway in San Antonio from August 26-October 2024. A reception on August 27 from 3:30-4:40pm is open to the public and all alumni are invited. The show features vintage photos of actors, dancers and stage personalities taken from 1885-1928 which have been restored, colored in Photoshop, and printed on fine art paper. The gowns and costumes are embellished with crystals, tiny pearls, glitter and hand painting. The pieces are available; more may be seen at SusanRiley.com

Mary Bone Adamson and Roy Jean Ritchey Lockhart
Class Year: 1951
Mary Bone Adamson would like to sadly report the death of her former roommate, Roy Jean Ritchey Lockhart ’51, on April 04, 2024. She lived in Breckenridge, TX, her hometown.
